Prof. Dr. Martin Hebart was interviewed by Deutschlandfunk Kultur on the frontal lobe.

When you turn 18 in Germany, you are officially an adult. But according to a TikTok trend, there are still seven years to go before you are "actually" an adult. This is because the so-called prefrontal cortex in the brain is not fully developed until then.
