New interdisciplinary Collaborative Research Center is investigating the time course of depression

Marburg researchers, led by Prof. Tilo Kircher, are investigating the time course of depression in a new interdisciplinary Collaborative Resarch Center.

Researchers in Marburg, together with partners in Münster, Dresden, Bonn and KIT Karlsruhe, are launching the new interdisciplinary Collaborative Research Center (Sonderforschungsbereich SFB/TRR 393) "Trajectories of Affective Disorders: Cognitive-Emotional Mechanisms of Symptom Change". Led by TAM Prof. Tilo Kircher at the University Clinic for Psychiatry, the team brings together experts from various disciplines to explore how depression develops and progresses, aiming to improve diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
