Job Call: Training Coordinator Excellence Cluster - CALL CLOSED

We are searching for a full-time Training Coordinator for our new Cluster of Excellence "The Adaptive Mind"

Now that we will be funded as a Cluster of Excellence, we are searching for a full-time training coordinator to join our team, starting January 2026. As training coordinator, you will be responsible for

• Management of the interdisciplinary Training Hub, which provides training for doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior research group leaders
• Development, organization, and coordination of structured training programs
• Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation of training programs and concepts (process management)
• Establishment, monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation of an exchange program for international ECRs (incomings) and TAM ECRs (outgoings) 
• Budget management and reporting for the TrainingHub
