NOWA Workshop: Follow-up on Git

In this workshop organized by NOWA, participants were introduced to advanced Git features.

Git is implemented in many other apps and it make sense to use these implementations. In a short showcase workshop, you will learn how to use Git from within other apps as well as advanced git commands. Additionally, you will get to know how to write a paper with RMarkdown and track it with Git.

Contents:

• Git in MATLAB + advanced git commands: git revert, git reset, git stash
• Git in R + advanced git command: git amend
• How to write a paper with RMarkdown
• Introduction to Visual Studio Code + advanced git command: git rebase
