This workshop provided early career researchers from the TAM and SFB clusters with the tools for navigating job applications. Participants gained practical insights into writing compelling cover letters and CVs, preparing for interviews, and finding open positions, with a focus on key differences between academia and industry. As part of the workshop, the participants identified and discussed transferable skills, and worked in pairs to discuss alternative careers and typical interview scenarios.
